I aim to please and to give the best quality service. Please read the following policies carefully to ensure your booking experience with me is a great one.

How to Book
In order to book an appointment with Royal Crowns 'N Kinks you must join the waitlist!
I do not post openings on social media or any place else other than my email list.

When booking is available, those on the waitlist are notified via email along with the booking link to schedule an appointment. Booking opens on the 18th of each month at 6 pm for the following month's appointments.
Example: Booking for October appointments will be available as of September 18th at 6pm.

Important Note: If VIP booking secures all of the available appointments for the next month, the regular monthly booking will not be available.

Be sure you don't miss the opportunity to book your next appointment.

The VIP booking option allows you early booking access. You can book your appointment sooner than anyone.

You must be on the waitlist. When VIP booking is available the booking link will open and the additional fee will be added into the service price.
BOOKING POLICIES
Requested dates are based upon availability (shaded or blocked out dates are not available).

Understand ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-TRANSFERABLE AND NON-REFUNDABLE. Meaning if we have to reschedule your appointment on your behalf or change the appointment, another deposit will have to be submitted.

By booking with me, you agree that photos and videos may be taken of you and posted to social media.

When choosing the desired style, please be sure to choose the correct style and be mindful of the time. Refer to the style description for more info. I do not work with time restrictions.

If you are unsure about a color selection, please email as soon as possible. I am more than willing to help you.

A confirmation email will be sent once the booking process is complete. At any moment you do have the option of canceling but another deposit must be submitted.

Hair must be 4 inches or longer
In the event you need to cancel your appointment, it must be made in a 48hr time frame. If the cancellation is under 48hrs, your card will be charged the entire amount.
APPOINTMENT POLICIES
Hair must be blow-dried and detangled. Please blow dry with a comb attachment from root to tip, no air drying. No exceptions.
I accept cash & Zelle payments only for the remaining balance

If you are on a time limit, I prefer not to service you. Quality works takes time :)

NO children or extra people
I do not service clients with scalp sensitivities. I do not soak hair or allow you to bring your own hair.
CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event you need to cancel your appointment, it must be made in a 48hr time frame. If the cancellation is under 48hrs, your card will be charged the entire amount.
LATE POLICY
I do not charge a late fee however if you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment is automatically terminated. Please plan accordingly and communicate.
